Vegan Buffalo Cauliflower Bites

This is by far our favorite recipe for Buffalo Cauliflower Bites, which I found in the cook book, "But My Family Would Never Eat Vegan" and tweaked it to make it our own.

I feel funny calling them wings, so we are calling them bites instead. My kids like different sauces. I do like Tessemae's wing sauce because of it has lower sodium, clean ingredients and can be found on their website. My kids also like Dinosaur Garlic BBQ sauce and mild Boss Sauce as well, which both can be found at our local grocery store, Wegmans or online as well.

Ingredients:

1 large cauliflower head (does not have to be organic)

1 cup of unsweetened cashew milk (any non dairy unsweetened milk will do)

1 cup of Garbanzo Bean Flour

2 tablespoons of almond meal (Trader Joes carries this or you can make your own)

1 tsp of garlic powder

1 tsp of smoked paprika
