4 Ingredient Gluten & Dairy Free Magic Cookies



I love making these cookies for the holidays. What I loved even more was learning how to make these with ingredients that allowed me to reduce the sugar by 65% without jeopardizing the taste! So if you are looking for recipes to make healthier versions of your favorite magic cookies I am so glad you saw this. I can not wait for you to try these to see for yourself how delicious these are.


First let's grab the ingredients:

2 cans of Let's Do Organic Condensed Coconut Milk (each 7.4 oz- the sugar count is 60% less than most)

1 1/2 cups of Pascha no added sugar dark chocolate chips (reducing more sugar)

1 cup of pecans chopped

3 cups of organic unsweetened coconut (I used shredded & flakes)


Put the oven on to 325. Mix all the ingredients. Then line baking sheets with a non toxic parchment paper. Use any size cookie scooper and place on the pan. Make sure there is 2 inches of space between the cookies. You can keep them as is or get your clean hands wet and flatten them each out. This recipe made 32 good size cookies. I baked them for 15 minutes and then I transferred them to a wire rack until cooled completely.
