Buffet Style Meal Plan

Who wouldn't love a buffet filled with all the healthy delcious options you could imagine or even a healthy buffet that made your meal planning a bit les stressful!



There isn't a one size fits all in my opinion when it comes to meal planning. Some of my clients love to prep all their food for the entire week over the weekends, some like to prep their fruits and veggies for the week and some do not like meal planning at all. I like to prep my fruits and veggies for the week, I am not a fan of warming up protein because to me it tends to nenerv taste as good, but if it's a soup or chili I will totally reheat it and enjoy it!


I am excited to share this Buffet Style Meal Plan with you, you can try the buffet style eating out in the comfort of our own homes (with some more health conscious options!) My hope is this helps make next week feel a little bit less stressful with a plan in place!
