Chocolate Chia Pudding Recipe

You are going to want to hit save on this Choco Chia Cup Recipe! It is so delicous and it's a great grab n go option to keep in your fridge!

Did you know that chia seeds help promote the growth of healthy bacteria, have dietary fiber and they create gel like substance in the gut which helps soothe and heal the intestinal lining? Does anyone else love learning how foods can benefit our bodies besides me?

If you want to improve your gut health, wanting to lose weight, maintain your current weight or just want to live a healthier lifestyle this is a perfect recipe for you!

It tastes indulgent, it’s filling, easy to make and it’s healthy!

Grab your blender and let’s make this recipe together!

Servings: 2

Ingredients: 16 ounces of unsweetened almond milk I use the simply Almond because it has no added sugar in it 2 pitted large dates 2 tablespoons of chia seeds 2 tablespoons of organic peanut butter (no sugar or oils added to it) 1 full scoop of vegan protein unsweetened coconut organic fresh berries

Mix all the ingredients in the blender minus the coconut and the fruit on high for a minute. Then pour into mason glass jars, top with coconut and fresh berries, then cover. Place in the fridge and they will be ready to serve the next day!

Great for a healthy breakfast option for ourselves or family or an afternoon snack or to bring to work!

I hope you enjoy this!
