2 cups of Organic GLYPHOSATE FREE Rolled Oats
2 Tablespoons of Organic Flaxseed meal (adds omega 3 and fiber)
3 scoops or 3/4 cup of Peanut Butter Chocolate Protein powder (72 grams of grass fed whey protein + Collagen)

Lets make them: ( watch how to make them here: https://www.instagram.com/reel/C2Ih5YjJxKh/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link&igsh=MzRlODBiNWFlZA==)
Add all the dry ingredients together (except chocolate chips) then melt the peanut butter and oil together on your stove top. Once the mixture is smooth and combined pour on top of your dry mixture and then drizzle the honey all over. Mix everything very well then store in the chocolate chips. Grab an 8x8 pan line it with parchment paper and pour the mixture in the pan. This is very important. Pack it down into the pan as much as you can until it's firm. Place in your freezer for at least an hour, then they are ready to slice and then stored as a healthy grab and go option in your fridge or freezer.
