Healthier Gluten Free Nachos
Let’s make these healthier gluten free nachos together!! First we need to grab all the ingredients:

Dice one large red and orange pepper
1 red onion diced
Organic black beans
Organic corn (no salt added)
Grass fed 93% lean ground beef
Siete taco seasoning packet
Organic Cilantro
Avocado
2 tablespoons of organic gluten free flour of your choice
2 tablespoons of grass fed butter
½ cup organic grass fed milk
⅓ block Tillamook sharp cheddar cheese
¼ block of pepper jack Tillamook cheese
First grab a platter or baking sheet. Dice the peppers, onion, cilantro and avocado. Add the chips to the platter, then top with diced peppers, diced onion, then top with the corn and the beans. Now we can cook the beef and cheese. Add the ground beef to a pan and seasoning with the Siete taco seasoning, cook until browned. Now let’s make the cheese. Shred the cheese first then add the butter to a saucepan with the milk, flour and then the cheese. Stir until melted and mixed well. By the time the cheese is ready the ground beef will be finished cooking.
Now it’s time to top the nachos with the ground beef, cheese sauce, avocado and cilantro. No baking needed and it’s time to enjoy them. This makes plenty enough to serve 5-6 people.
Why use these blocks of cheese versus shredded cheese? They do not contain CMC, calcium chloride, Natamycin or cellulose like most shredded cheese do. These can cause a laundry list of digestive issues. Interesting fact is many people will think they can’t have cheese due to dairy and associate their stomach issues with that. You may even wonder why certain dairy items bother you when others don't at all which can be due to simply the ingredients being used.

When it comes to feeling your best whether you need to lose weight or not, the ingredients you consume matter.
