Healthy Caramel Dip Recipe

If you love Caramel but don't love all the unhealthy ingredients in it, I am glad you are reading this!

You are not going to want to miss out on this 4 ingredient healthy Caramel recipe. It is so easy to make and it's delicious!

It’s gluten & dairy free, plus the perfect dip for your apple slices.

Ingredients: 1. 15 organic dates (I buy the ones without the pit to save me time) 2. 1/4 cup of organic maple syrup 3. 1 tablespoon of organic virgin coconut oil 4. 3/4 unsweetened almond milk (I use simply almond milk because there’s no sugar added to it)

Boil a cup of hot water and pour over your dates. Let them soak in the hot water for 15-30 minutes, then drain them. Add all four ingredients to your blender and blend for one minute.

You can enjoy right away or let it cool and thicken in your fridge for 30 minutes, then enjoy!

Let me know if you are going to try this and what you think of this simple healthy recipe when you do, don’t forget to tag me so I can see it

Make sure you check the labels on the caramel in your home there usually loaded with High fructose corn syrup (causes a slew of health issues) and processed sugars.

I can’t wait for you to enjoy this! XX Katie
