No Bake Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Bites Recipe
Do you have a sweet tooth? Do you struggle with being able to satisfy it in a healthier way? If so I am so glad you are here! Two things that helped me so much on my wellness journey with weight loss and learning how to feel so good from within was learning how to fuel my body properly while also learning how to make the things I enjoyed eating in a healthier way. I went from being consumed with my calorie count all the time to more consumed with the ingredients that made up those calories. I also went from feeling like I had to be hungry and deprive myself of my favorites to lose weight to learning that I could feel full & satisfied, enjoying the foods I loved, losing weight and learning how to maintain that loss for years. I also learned if my body wasn’t getting what it needed, the cravings would be out of control. That no longer happens and I love helping my clients learn how they can live this way and feel as good as I do too!
Trust me when I say these easy to make chocolate chip pumpkin bites are going to have you making these on repeat this fall.
Ingredients:
2 cups of organic peanut butter (no oils or sugars added)
1/2 cup of organic maple syrup
1/2 cup of organic pumpkin puree
1 teaspoon organic vanilla
1 tablespoon of pumpkin spice
1/4 cup of vanilla protein
3/4 cup of organic coconut flour
3/4 cup of almond flour
3/4 cups of mini chocolate chips (gluten & dairy free)
Let’s make these! Mix all of the wet ingredients together. Then add all of the dry ingredients except the chocolate chips. After everything is mixed well then fold in the chocolate chips. I feel like the mini work best in these. Use a small cookie scooper and roll into balls then place into a glass container. I let them sit in the fridge prior to enjoying. This recipe makes 36-40 servings. If you want to make less you can cut this recipe in half. You can store in your fridge for a week but let me warn you once your family tries these they may not last that long. I can not wait for you to try these! Please report back and let me know what you think of these!
I am accepting new clients to work 1:1 with currently. If you would like to learn more about what that looks like and the cost please email me at freshfitkate@gmail.com or head to my instagram bio to fill out my client form.
