Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffin Recipe
Who loves pumpkin chocolate chip muffins??
This delicious recipe is packed with protein, collagen, not loaded with sugar, healthy and will have your house smelling so good! You are going to want to hit love, share & save on this recipe!! And make sure you read till the end because I have a gift for you!
Chocolate Pumpkin Muffin Ingredients:
3 scoops of vital proteins collagen peptides 3 organic eggs 1 cup of pumpkin 3/4 cup of superfine almond flour 1 tbsp vanilla 1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice 1/2 tsp of baking soda or powder 1 tsp Himalayan sea salt 3/4 of a cup of Artisan Kettle organic chocolate chips (no sugar added)
Add all the ingredients to a bowl, whisk together then add the chocolate chips and pour into a greased muffin tin. I used avocado oil spray. Bake at 350 for 22 minutes.
This will make 8 regular sized muffins or 16 mini ones or you can double the recipe for more! Great afternoon snack or to bring to thanksgiving!
