One of the questions my clients were asking this morning when we were chatting virtually before our sweat session was recipe ideas to make the super bowl healthier! So I am excited to share all these recipes with them and of course you as well!
There is nothing better than finding ways to make get togethers healthier, still delcious and enjoyable! When we think of the Super Bowl we think of food and my hope is this helps you make it a much healthier event that doesn't leave you feeling deprived nor sick to your stomach regretting the foods you ate! This year we can go to bed feeling good and wake up the next morning feeling even better!
