Buffalo Chicken Dip Ingredients:
4 ounces Primal Kitchen Buffalo Sauce
2 cans of Organic Valley Chicken Breast
8 ounces of organic cream cheese spread
5.3 ounces of Fage nonfat Greek yogurt
3 ounces of shredded Tillamook Cheddar (shredding your own cheese eliminates unhealthy ingredients or additives)
Organic Green onions for garnish
Now let’s make it:
Mix all the ingredients together, place in baking safe dish, bake at 400 degrees for 18 minutes, grab your raw veggies or Masa Chips and dip away 😋. If you have not tried Masa Chips yet these are the only tortilla chips you will find in our pantry. They are baked in 100% grass fed beef tallow, organic corn, Redmond salt and thats it. Ingredients:
4 baked medium sweet potatoes cut in half
1 tsp. olive oil
½ tsp. sea salt (or Himalayan salt)
5 slices cooked nitrate free bacon chopped
1/2 red onion diced
½ cup reduced-fat (2%) plain organic Greek yogurt or sour cream
8 green onions thinly sliced
Instructions:
Heat oven to 400° F. Cook potatoes at 425 degrees for an hour, then let cool and slice in half.Place potatoes on parchment paper lined cookie sheet. Place the cheese bacon and onions on top and stick under the broiler for 4 minutes. Then serve with sour cream and green onions.
