Ingredients:
Brussels Sprouts
Avocado oil
Smoked Paprika
Onion powder
Garlic powder
Himalayan salt
Pepper
Organic Maple syrup
Parmesan cheese (if you can tolerate dairy)
Dipping sauce:
Mayo (vegan or avocado oil based)
Sriracha sauce
Lemon
Organic honey
Letâs get started:
Wash & trim Brussels.
Boil in water for 15 minutes.
Tune oven on to 450.
Then place on parchment paper on a cookie sheet and flatten with bottom of a glass.
Drizzle oil oil then all the spices followed by maple syrup. Place in the over for 25-30 minutes or until they get as crispy as you like. Flip them halfway.
While they bake you can make the dipping sauce. Serve and enjoy as soon as they are done. You can reheat the leftovers in your airfryer to get them crispy again đ
