These monster Bars taste so indulgent, but the best part is that they will allow you to still keep feeling good after you enjoy them because they are NOT loaded unhealthy oils or artificial ingredients or dyes and they have a good amount of protein in them.

If you are looking for a gluten free monster bar recipe because you are an M&M lover like I am but need a healthier option for M&Ms you will want to grab these ASAP: https://amzn.to/3UFKafd

You can also check your local Whole Foods, Target and Walmart but beware they sell out often.

Not sure why M&Ms are not a healthy option for your well being? You must check this out: https://foodbabe.com/why-are-mms-in-america-made-with-artificial-ingredients-they-dont-use-in-other-countries/

Tip: hide them because if you don’t your family will eat them all in a day- trust me on this one.

Ingredients:

•1 can of organic garbanzo beans (make sure you follow my direction below with these or they will not come out right)

• 1/2 cup organic Maple syrup

• 1/3 cup organic Peanut butter

• 1/3 cup Almond flour

• 1/4 tsp Baking powder

• 1/4 tsp Baking soda

• 1/2 tsp Sea salt

• 1/2 tbsp organic Vanilla extract

• 3/4 Cup Gluten & Dairy free Dark Chocolate chips (Hu Kitchen are great)

• 1/2 cup of Unreal chocolate gems

Let’s make them:

Heat the oven to 350 and use organic coconut oil to grease a square glass pan. Next rinse the garbanzo beans and make sure they are completely dry. Then add them to your food processor. Next add all the ingredients except the chocolate chips and chocolate gems then blend. After they’re blended you can add the chocolate chips and chocolate gems.  Now you’re ready to pour this mixture into your glass pan and bake for 25 minutes. Let them cool for an hour prior to cutting and serving. Then enjoy because let me tell you these are so delicious!

Here is one more recipe you can use the Unreal M&Ms in! No bake Monster Bites: https://www.instagram.com/reel/Cx8mlN6pItL/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link&igsh=MzRlODBiNWFlZA==

I can not wait for you to try this recipe! Hope it helps you satisfy your sweet tooth craving in a healthier way

Enjoy!
